Fineline Services carry out Plate Beveling & Edge Preparations on

Fineline Services can both cold form bevel and flame prep most major plate grades. Our nibbler machine can cut all widely used prep angles including 22.5, 30, 37.5, 45 & 55 degree settings up to a 28mm face. Our Flame Prep can cut any angle required up to 150mm face.

• Single Bevels on plates up to 25mm thick
• Double Bevel on plates up to & including 50 mm thick
• Bevels on flat plates with outside curve of radius 2m & larger
• Bevels on flat plates with inside curve of radius 5m & larger
• Substantial savings as no preheating is required when bevelling Cr Mo Steel Plates
